I was coaching one of our 'high profile' clients today and it suddenly made me realise that everyone, whether man or woman, single or in a relationship - we all have the same issue and its getting us the same results...
What do I mean, well, it seems that all the results we get whether its arguments in a relationship or not attracting who we want to attract or even poor results in business or not losing weight it's all about what state we're in, what energy we exude, what signals we give out....
And when my client, a very capable and well known inspirational speaker, realised that her intimate relationship challenges and even her business profits were all being massively affected by her energy she made some great decisions about what she is intending to eat, drink and think going forward. She could also see the incredible affect that this could have on her children of course.
Coaching is just the best job in the world! Not just because as a coach you can help people get clarity, assist them in getting to the core of the issue, push them with love and guide them to make life changing decisions that they completely know they will follow through on... it also always teaches me something for me, something about life and something about our absolutely fabulous, natural but not always healthy human patterns of behaviour!!
So my quote for today, apologies not sure who said this, "if you want to get a life, get a coach"!
